PGM AUTOMOTIVE is a consortium of renowned private spare parts manufacturers from Poland.

All our products are manufactured in accordance with the highest European Union standards. Each of the production lines is verified by Łukasiewicz-PIMOT – the Polish Automotive Industry Institute. Most of our factories are IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 certified and recognised by the German, French, Japanese and other global vehicle manufacturers. We are also supplying those products to the top international aftermarket brands.
Our main goal is to deliver a wide selection of products created according to the European OE standards, with premium quality and a price tag affordable to an average buyer.
FILTERS

Fuel filters:

The multi-layer filter materials used in our products are resistant to the operation of gasoline and diesel fuels. They have also the ability to condense water on a fabric, are resistant to chemical additives contained in gasoline, and feature a large particle capacity and high efficiency in separating water from diesel fuel (or gasoline).

Oil filters:

Our filters keep the oil in all parts of the engine in pristine condition, while providing a very high filtration performance over a longer period of use. The materials used are characterised by the highest quality and come from the world's leading manufacturers: AHLSTROM, HOLLINGSWORTH & VOCE COMPANY, NEENAH GESSNER

Air filters:

To achieve the best performance and keep passengers safe, we use flame retardant material in all our air filters. Due to using a special type of pleats, the absorptivity of our air filters is 0.3 kg per m2 and the filtration efficiency is as high as 99.95%.

The producer:
Manufacturer of filters for automotive and aviation for over 80 years. Own R&D centre where numerous tests and inspections are carried out. Rich experience and co-operation with aviation, military, building, automotive and industrial sectors means that the company continuously develops its product range and adjusts it to ever changing customer demands.
Cabin filters:

In the production of our cabin filters special polyester-polypropylene fibres are used which help to increase the degree of dirt absorption (including bacteria and pollens which are present in the air) and ensure very high throughput of our projects. It is worth noting that these parts contain no substances harmful to health or considered dangerous.

Experienced in lead-acid battery production since 1925. Produces lead grid via expanded metal technology. Exports batteries to more than 60 countries.
A full range of starter batteries designed for trucks, construction machines, agricultural vehicles and special vehicles. Applicable for trucks with additional electrical equipment such as TV, CB Radio, refrigerator, oven etc. Available in the following ranges:
HEAVY DUTY and SUPER HEAVY DUTY:

Characterised by a thicker positive grid new paste recipe providing a long-life and reliable functioning. Additional usage of Glass Mat fiber in Super Heavy Duty batteries increases the battery performance. Available in capacities starting from 145Ah.
CARBON EFB
(Enhanced Flooded Battery):
The latest range in our production designed for high-performance commercial vehicles with heavy workloads. New technology allows the battery to operate in the most demanding conditions, able to withstand high power consumption as well as extreme vibrations.

Suspension air springs:
Our air springs are assembled with metal or plastic elements. Variety of products comprise springs with both, upper plate and lower piston as well as springs with the upper plate only. PG-K series is an alternative for the PG series while PG-V are dedicated to Mercedes Actros trucks. All of them ensure supreme driving comfort and enable the suspension altitude to be modified as well as maintain a uniform altitude depending on its needs.
Cabin air springs:
Cab suspension bellows are an increasingly popular solution which replaces traditional spring suspensions. The structure comprises of an air bag of small diameter as well as a shock absorber located inside it.
TIE ROD ENDS

The producer:
In business since 1992. One of the leading Polish manufacturers of steering and suspension parts. In 2009 they purchased a complete production line for tie rod ends. When manufacturing tie rod ball joints, they draw on 40 years of manufacturing experience.
We offer a wide range of tie rod ends for trucks and commercial vehicles (mainly European), off-road vehicles, buses, electric vehicles, and other custom projects (road graders, personnel carriers, etc.). Our products are available in both – the OE market and aftermarket.
We use our own high-quality measuring instruments and modern CNC machine tools to process enclosures and bolts. This enables us to manufacture high-quality tie rod ends at competitive prices.

We offer gas springs (gas struts) for most trucks and buses available on the market. Those dedicated to commercial vehicles are used, among others in the construction of seats for smooth cushioning, or with all kinds of flaps and covers allowing access to the semi-trailer. In buses, gas springs are primarily used to lift side luggage hatches, both external and internal, designed for hand luggage.
